Brendo to get back behind the wheel this weekend

After a quick trip to Repco Rally Australia last weekend to help service for the Les Walkden rally team, Brendo will be back behind the wheel this coming weekend as an instructor at RallySchool.com.au.

It is now almost six weeks since the accident in Rally South Australia and both Brendo and Rhianon are making are good recovery.  Brendo was given the all clear to start driving again last week whilst Rhianon has had the plaster removed from her left leg.  Her doctors are extremely pleased with how her injuries are healing and are expecting a full recovery.

Brendo will return to competition on September 27 when he competes in the Melton Autocross, a series he has competed in many times over the last few years.  He is also planning on entering the Akademos Rally on October 18 – after winning the Akademos last year, Brendo is keen to return and make it two in a row!
